Here’s some basic information about being a Dealer for Don Rice Casino Parties

1) It’s a lot of fun!

2) You’re always at a different location, meeting different people, which makes it interesting. Locations typically include hotels, banquet halls, country clubs, restaurants, large bars and some private homes.

3) We entertain for all types of groups: Corporate parties, sales meetings, charity galas, high school proms and church fund raisers. Most parties are during a holiday season or for a celebration of some kind such as a birthday or anniversary.

4) Most of the dealers will be like you, in that they love to gamble. You will make new friends and will have fun with the other dealers.

5) The parties are generally on weekends (but not always) and at night (but not always).

6) This is part-time work. A part-time hobby is a better way of looking at it.

7) Training is free. A training session is usually a 4 class process. We are looking for those who already know how to play any of our offered games. Training will focus on the “Las Vegas” look and feel. Procedures are discussed fully as are company policies.

8) Everyone starts off as a Black Jack dealer. Some may want to progress on to the other games such as Poker, Roulette and Craps. Let us know your interest and we will include you in up coming training sessions.

9) Many of our customers are repeats! It’s always fun to do a repeat party because as a seasoned dealer, you know the party and its guests.
